(officers have limited freedom of speech (cannot speak bad about president, etc).

Prohibits military officers from taking weapons from the public.

Individuals may not be permitted to possess certain weapons on a military installation due to base regulations. However, the military cannot simply take firearms from members of the public without legal authority.
