What is a priori?

What is Kant's Transcendental Idealism?
The nature of knowledge, where our knowledge comes from, and what its limits are.
What is Epistemology?
The belief that we cannot know for sure whether any of our knowledge is accurate or correct.
What is Skepticism?
Nothing else but so many sensible qualities, or combinations of sensible qualities.
What are Sensible Things (according to Philonous)?
The basic ideas that we apply to the raw material of our perceptions in order to sort and order and make sense of them.
What are Kant's Concepts?
According to Hume, it's completely made up.
What is Causation?
A search for the ultimate foundations of knowledge.
Someone who just accepts that their experience of the world is accurate.
What is Naïve Realism?
"If we have the ideas of matter, causation, and self, and they don’t come from the senses, how can the empiricists claim that we have NO ideas that don’t come from the senses?"
What is the Empiricist Dilemma?
The belief that only you exist in the world. The belief that your own existence is the only knowledge you can have for certain.
What is Solipsism?
The belief that all knowledge from the world comes from the senses, or experience.
