My class was studying pollution this week. My partner and I got into a debate. He said that he did not think we could do anything to stop pollution. I knew he was wrong. We researched it together. I tried to show him facts about ways we can stop pollution. He did not believe the facts I was reading to him. It was frustrating! As I read more, I knew we need to help out our world.

Did you know that your bones do not stop growing until you are 25 years old? It is true! That is why it is important to have enough calcium in your diet. Calcium is a mineral found in your bones. Without calcium, your bones cannot grow or harden the way they are supposed to. If you do not get enough, you could get rickets—a disease that creates weak bones. So, how can make sure you are getting enough calcium? There are a lot of foods that have this important mineral1. Drinking milk is one good way to start.
