'The Frog and the Fly'

A poem by Poet Kavi.

A green tree frog was riding his unicycle,

When a fly came by on a postman’s motorcycle,

The frogs eyes lit up as he tried to give chase,

But the fly was proceeding at a furious pace,

The fly laughed heartily as he sped away,

Goodbye he yelled, maybe someday...

But the frog knew that some day

Was surely this moment,

So he flung out his tongue,

Instant enjoyment.

Rhyming word pairs:

unicycle & motorcycle

chase & place
