What is a search warrant?
Authorities must present a search warrant or official order that grants permission for personal property to be searched by officials. There has to be a reason for it and police are allowed to collect anything illegal during this search but if the collected items are not listed in the search warrant, they cannot be used against you and your case. (Ex: Police are looking for a murder weapon and find 1,000,000 pounds of drugs)

A naturalized citizen can lose citizenship, while a native-born citizen cannot.
