How do you make a Behemoth burger step by step?
Form 1/3lb patty to shape of the sour dough bread. Place on fire grill, butter bread and place on grill. Put american cheese on bread and cover with lid to melt and toast. Put choice of cheese on burger patty once turned over. Heat pastrami on grill. Place burger on toasted bread, put pastrami on top of burger. Pull separated sides of sandwich and place at assembly table. Comeback sauce on top bread, pickles, onion, tomato then lettuce on top of pastrami side of sandwich. Place top bread on sandwich, cut in half an an angle and place in black clamshell with paper.
