How is the judgement of the Creature in Frankenstein related to our fears of AI?
People are scared that AI will take over the world because of its vast capabilities, and people in Frankenstein are scared that the Creature is dangerous because of his physical power. Neither example is actually looking at what the thing or person being judged truly is.
Why did people assume the Creature was someone who he wasn't?
Because of their inner judge. They thought that because the creature looked scary, he would cause harm.
Why is the “monstrosity” thought to be a monstrosity, and who is he really?
The Creature is thought by others to be a monstrosity because he looks scary, but he is actually kind on the inside (at first) and is not malevolent towards humans. Rather, he wants to live with them.

How is bias a self-fulfilling prophecy?
When people are biased against the Creature and believe that he is evil, they treat him as such and end up hurting him. This leads to him hating humanity right back. Eventually, he does become the monster they think he is and murders three people. However, if people had not been biased and hateful against him, he would have stayed peaceful. *THIS DOES NOT JUSTIFY MURDER THOUGH*
