Define bipolar disorder?
Bipolar disorder is defined as unusual mood changes, including manic episodes and depressive episodes. However, it is not the same as normal ups and downs that everyone goes through. The mood swings are extreme and accompanied by changes in energy level, sleep patterns and the ability to think clearly.
