Flat
A person fights a machine or technology. Usually featured in Sci-Fi or dystopian works. It is sometimes lumped in with person vs. the supernatural.

Bill has to get out of here, but he can't decide where he wants to go to. On one hand, he could try and head home, or he could try to drive as far away as he can. He is torn because he is struggling with what kind of conflict?
