per-school aged children want to be rewarded. They are interested in being rewarded and not punished.

When rules are made by authority, they are permanent, they do not change, and they must fallowed or there will be punishment.

When school aged children want to conform and please others.
What is conformity and interpersonal accord?
Where intentions are more important that the result of the behavior. rules can be broken sometimes, but punishment should be dependent on the intentions.
What is autonomous morality?
When school aged children want to maintain social order.
If rules are broke, punishment will be given immediately.
What is immanent justice?
Teenagers fell like they can change the rules as long as it is in the interest of the the greater good.
