Andrew Johnson's Plan
This was the 10%+ plan. Provided amnesty through a simple oath of allegiance to most except military officers and major landowners who must apply. It also required new constitutions which reputed slavery, succession, and debts. This led to disenfranchised confederates, pardoned planter aristocrats who were brought back into power, and outraged republicans.
