I/S: Operating Income (or EBIT) decreases by $10. Assuming a 25% tax rate, net income decreases by $7.50.
CFS: Net Income is down by $7.50 but we add back depreciation (non-cash) and our Cash Flow from Operations is net up $2.50.
B/S: $2.50 increase in Cash and $10 depreciation or our PP&E means a net change in assets of down $7.50. This is reflected on the Liabilities & Owner's Equity side in Retained Earnings which is down by $7.50 (net income). Both sides balance.
