When is the moon estimated to have formed? (You get points if you get it within a billion years margin)

Roughly 4.4-4.5 billion years ago, most likely from some sort of collision. The current theory is there was a collision between a Mars-sized protoplanet called Theia and  Earth which resulted in a huge piece of debris that became the moon.

Who was Amma originally named after, and why? (Obviously the first name of this person is Aishwarya, so if you can say any of her other names that follow as well as who she was you get the points).

Aishwarya Rajya Lakshmu Devi Shah. She was the Nepali queen from 1972-2001. Ok I will be honest, information about the Nepali-Indian relationship at the time is quite confusing. But clearly, at least from patti and thatha's view, the relationship was pretty friendly. Also there is certainly quite a bit of cultural reverence tied to naming your child after royalty.

500

Who were the first to travel around moon and return alive?

Two Russian tortoises who traveled in the Soviet Zond 5 mission. They launched in 1968. They were also accompanied by wine flies, mealworms, plants, seeds and some bacteria. All of these also survived so any of the organisms mentioned here count.

500

Who advocated for the creation of Mother's Day (a very specific figure)?

Anna Jarvis. Her mother apparently expressed a strong desire for this holiday to exist before her passing, and Jarvis pushed the cause forward to the federal stage. However, as time passed, she became very disconcerted with how commercialized the holiday had become and even tried to get it rescinded.
