When are Mr Latimer's office hours?
Tuesday Y band and Tuesday after school, or by appointment.
How are problem sets graded? Can I work with others on problem sets?
They are graded for both completion AND accuracy. YES, you can (and should) collaborate on problem sets.
Mr Latimer has two kids. You get bonus points if you name them AND name where they go to school.
I have 2 daughters (Zooey and Ashly). Zooey goes to Central, and Ashly goes to GAMP.
When are standards retakes?
Wednesdays immediately after B band (12:50 - 1:25).
What are some ways that my Problem Set/CW grade can be decreased?
You will lose points for CW by not following the cell phone policy, coming to class late unexcused, missing class unexcused, "going to the bathroom" for extended periods of time, being off task during class. You will lose points for problem sets for incomplete or incorrect work/solutions.

What is the policy for late Problem Set submissions?
Problem sets can be submitted up to 1 week (7 days) late for 80% credit.
My grades for each of the 4 quarters are as follows: 81 (B), 91 (A), 80 (B), 90 (A). What is my final grade for the year?
Final grade is a B. Since this is a "tie breaker scenario" the raw numeric averages is used to determine final grade (avg is 85.5).
What is the difference between “collaboration” and “splitting up the work” when working with others to solve problems?
"Collaboration" involves some level of communication/shared problem solving with others.
