Academic dishonesty is “any act that misrepresents a student’s schoolwork or that abridges the rights of other students to fair competition. Academic dishonesty includes, but is not limited to: cheating on assignments or exams, plagiarizing (misrepresenting another’s work as one’s own original creation), submitting the same (or substantially the same) paper in more than one course without prior consent of all instructors concerned, depriving others of the necessary academic courses, sabotaging another student’s work and using, without attribution, a computer concept or program including AI tools.

While the presence of technology in the classroom is forever changing, we do not currently allow the use of artificial intelligence in any way.
Other courses may allow you to use AI, but this one does not. The use of AI is considered academic dishonesty. You will receive an I on the assignment and a referral to your dean.
