That we can move freely into flexible seating as long as we are working and not playing

Anytime as long as it is not in the middle of Mrs. Brown teaching
How do we ask to go to the bathroom?
Cross our fingers and hold them high in the air
What do we do with work that is not finished?
Put in in our block unfinished basket
What our the flexible seating options and what are the rules for them?
Couch, wobbly stools, scoot chairs, and regular stools (rules vary)
What should our voice level be while working with a partner?
Level 1
When can we go get a pencil and what do we do if we take one?
You can get one anytime as long as Mrs. Brown is not teaching & make sure you write your name on the board when you take it and erase it when you put it back
When do we eat snack?
Whenever we are hungry as long as we bring it in the classroom & we eat quietly & clean up our mess
What do you do immediately when getting up out of your seat?
Push it in!
When can we access our hydration station?
During independent work, partner work, or snack.
How do we work?
HARD
Can I use Mrs. Browns headphones?
Yes of course! Put them back nice and neat when you are done!
Who stays with us at lunch and recess? What do I do if something happens at either time?
Mrs. White and Mrs. Manning. We tell them right away!
What do we do if we have visitors in the classroom?
We continue doing what we were doing before, staying quiet and answering any questions that Mrs. Brown or the visitor asks
What is our morning routine?
Unpack in the hallway, gather our binders, pencil pouches, and water bottles. Walk in the classroom & begin whatever the board says to do
What goes on your paper before you turn it in?
Name and number!
Glue sticks, markers, and dry erase markers
Ask 3 before me!
What is our mailbox? When do we check them?
A place for all important papers to go in that will go home in our Wednesday folders. On Wednesdays
