Only unfinished classwork. You are expected to take it home, that night, finish it, and bring it back the next day!

No, there are assigned seats that will change monthly. You do not move seats without being asked.

What is the first thing I should do when I quietly enter the room? 

Find your seat and read the whiteboard for instructions.

What do I do when I finish my work? 

Read the book you brought with you. You can not sit and talk to friends, go to the restroom, draw...when you have taken your time and finished your assignment completely, you are expected to read the book you bring to class daily.

During the five minute passing period.

Can I have water in class?

Yes! In a plastic water bottle. All metal bottles should be kept in lockers and used between classes. You will not be dismissed from class to get a drink.

Participate! Everyone has value to add! Also, be a good listener.

Yes, as long as Mrs., Gruenwald is not in the middle of teaching. Also, do not make a mess in the process!
