Get quiet immediately so I can hear what the office needs.
If something breaks, gets lost, or makes a mess, what do you need to do?
Tell me so I can help you fix it. I will only get irritated if you make a mess or something happens and you don't tell me and it makes a worse mess. I am not that scary.
