At the moment we are a bit stuck. There is a product called Landis however all direct routing partners are waiting for the API to be released. We cant do much more right now...

I use Cisco for everything. Jabber for IM, Call manager for telephony and Webex for remote meetings. Why should I look at MS Teams? 

Tough situation....

Liklihood is that they will be paying for MS lisences already to use the office suite and Outlook therefore they could cut costs... make the most of integrations with Outlook & Sharepoint etc
