Customer manages CPE, LoopUp manages the other. Disadvantages of CPE: Expensive, Unflexible, Knowledge needed, Carriers needed etc
Why is number porting needed? Can LoopUp offer this globally?

I use Cisco for everything. Jabber for IM, Call manager for telephony and Webex for remote meetings. Why should I look at MS Teams?
Tough situation....
Liklihood is that they will be paying for MS lisences already to use the office suite and Outlook therefore they could cut costs... make the most of integrations with Outlook & Sharepoint etc
