First and last names should be on the top line on the left side, the date on the right, and the topic/subject in the middle on the 2nd line.

Track Ms. Edwards with my eyes and closed mouth.
What is a sign of respect when someone is talking or participating?
Silently listening and respecting other's opinion.
How do you ask to go to the restroom or get water?
Silently cross your fingers and raise your hand wait for Miss Edwards to acknowledge you.
This helps us successfully work in groups.

Where should you sit for morning meeting?
On the carpet.
How do you show that you have an emergency?
Raise your hand quietly and let Ms. Edwards know it's an emergency!
If you finish early, you should do this instead of disturbing others.
Read, complete unfinished work, or work on an enrichment activity.
When can you sharpen your pencil?
Any time before class or at the end of the day EXCEPT when someone is talking/presenting but always with teacher's permission.
