  • Consequences: verbal warning → taken during class only → left in core class.

Explain how both the food/drink rules and the classroom volume levels help keep the class safe and productive.

Food/drink rules prevent choking while singing/playing instruments. Students must ask permission and eat over the trash can to not cause a mess, which attracts roaches and mice. Classroom volume levels set clear expectations for speaking and working, helping everyone focus and participate appropriately.
