The individual responsible for overseeing a student's special education services and ensuring the student receives the appropriate services and supports they need to access a quality education.

What does IEP stand for and what is it?

Individualized Education Plan and it is a legally binding document under US law. It is developed for every public school student who needs special education It is designed to Specify the student's current performance levels and annual goals, Outline the special education and related services that will be provided to the student and Details how the student will participate in general education.

What should you do if you are passing your classes and do not have any work to do?

Find a better way to utilize your time: Edgenuity, packets, work on IEP goals, apply for a job, improve a skills, etc.

When is the best time to use the bathroom?

during brunch, lunch or during passing period.

What are you expected to do if you miss any class periods, not just my class but all classes?

Check canvas to see what you missed then email teachers, if needed, go talk to them at brunch or lunch.

Attend almost everyday, participate in transition planning lessons and complete the weekly assignment tracker each week.

The purpose of a study skills class is to equip students with effective strategies to maximize the learning process and become self-directed, independent learners.
