Students phones should be turned off and in their backpacks until they exit the building.
Where should a student turn in their work if it is a paper assignment?
Their class tray that is on the cart at the front of the room near the door.

In the cubby that is on the cabinet door.

How many days does a student have to turn in work if they were absent?
One day for each day they were absent.
What should a student do if they need supplies in the middle of class?
Send one person from each group to silently get supplies for their table.

What happens if you are seen with a phone in the building?
It will be confiscated and given to the AP and you or a parent can get it after school.

Minus 5 points for each day it is late with a maximum grade of an 85.

2. Sign out on the bathroom sheet

Quietly return supplies to their place and clean your area
Journals should be placed neatly in their bin. Books should be placed in the correct genre bin. You will not be dismissed until the room is clean and materials are put back neatly
Return to your seat and stand quietly behind your desk until I dismiss you (I dismiss you not the bell).
What happens if a student turns in an assignment without a name on it?
It will be minus 5 points for each day it is not claimed with a maximum grade of an 85.
What is the order of events a student should follow when entering the classroom at the beginning of class? Hint: There are 4 steps
1. Grab any papers off the front cart
2. Get their notebook from their class period's bin
3. Get any supplies listed on the board
4. Quietly go to their seat and begin working on the bell ringer
When can you NOT use the bathroom in Ms. Wallace's classroom?
If It’s the first or last 10 minutes of class
Independent reading/read aloud time

What should I do if I was absent on a test day?
Talk to with Ms. Wallace and get a pass for Opportunity Lab on either Tuesday or Thursday.
