When the oven is heated, place the chicken in the oven and bake for 25 - 25 minutes, or until the chicken has reached an interior temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit. 4. When the chicken is done, remove from oven and let the meat rest for five minutes before serving. Remove bay leaves and rosemary sprigs. Carve and serve. Makes six servings. 3.
