Yes, it is a legal point. If the ball were to hit the middle of the net and land back down on your team side its an out.
In general, what is the requirement of ALL 6 players in a team to do in volleyball (What are all players allowed to do)
Everything all 6 players are allowed to serve, spike, set, block. The front and black players have specific roles because it makes the game smoother but in general all players can do every role. Exception is for Libero they are not allowed to serve
