Experienced mentors who serve as the liaisons between MSS staff and MSS peer mentors.
What are Lead Mentors
Resource where students can receive individual tutoring sessions, drop-in tutoring, public speaking support and more
What is Sanger Learning Center
Assists with academic planning & course registration
What are MSS advisors
Every new UT student will have to do this during the summer before classes begin in the Fall
What is Orientation
Course that all first year students must attend in the Fall semester
What is the First Year Seminar
Mentors are required to facilitate two of these per month
What are one on one meetings
UT Counseling and Mental Health Center (CMHC)
Can assist with career planning, mock interviews, and resume review

Provides opportunities for all members of the UT Austin community to explore, organize, and promote learning around issues of gender and sexuality.

Space where MSS students can prepare for an upcoming exam for a specific class together
If a mentor does not submit one of these on the correct due date, their paycheck will be delayed

Office where you can submit reports about sexual harassment, dating violence, stalking, gender discrimination and more

Assists students in planning study abroad experiences in McCombs
