Yes.  A BP of or over 140/90 is considered hypertension.  Uncontrolled hypertension can lead to many other health issues as well as a stroke.  The CNA has a very important role in assisting the nurse in their patient's care.

Before removing the gown, with one gloved hand, grasp the other glove at the palm and remove the glove.  Then slip fingers from ungloved hand underneath the cuff of the remaining glove at the wrist, and remove glove turning it inside out as it is removed.
