The link in the calendar invite Maureen sent you for the day & time of your session. (BONUS - they can also use this link to practice before their session.)

Can I still register? 

Yes, if you can pay by credit card. Ask which day/s they want to register for, then send them the corresponding link in the marketing doc.

Will I have access to slides? If so, where do I find them?

Yes, all attendees will have access to session slides. Just scroll below the presenter's video to find a link to a PDF of slides.

Can I use a virtual background?

Unfortunately, no - only blur or background as-is.

I’m registered for the main event on 12/6 & 12/7 - can I also register for the pre-conference on 12/5?

Unfortunately, no - you can tell them the pre-conf is at capacity.

Will sessions be recorded? If so, how do I access them?

Yes, sessions will be recorded. Pre-conf recordings will be emailed the week after the Summit. Main event recordings are avail in the event platform.

Can I see attendees' cameras/faces?

Main event sessions - no. They will be like a Zoom meeting, so only presenters can share video/audio. (Pre-conf sessions - yes.)

I can no longer attend. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? 

Technically, our platform can't do ticket transfer, but we'd be happy to register the new person for free (and leave the existing person's ticket so they can watch on-demand after the Summit).

I’m in the event platform, looking at the pre-conference schedule on Tuesday, but I only see networking listed. My colleagues see other things listed that day (lectures, sessions). How come?

This is likely because they’re only registered for the main event, not the pre-conference day. Attendees can access the virtual event for the full time the event is live (chat, networking, etc.), but they will only see lectures/sessions on the day(s) they registered for.

I can't share my audio/video? Why? Help!

Do 3 things: 

- Go to venue > sessions > find their session > make sure they're listed in "invite only" section

- Go to people > speakers > make sure they're listed as a speakers

- If yes to both above, go to people > registrants and check what email they registered with. Is that they one they're using to log in?
