What is the relative weight of a gas mean?
How heavy the gas is when measured against normal air. Lets you know if it will sink or float.
This gas has a relative weight of .97 so it floats up, can be found as a byproduct of fire, and can also be dangerous at home so you should have a specific detector for it in your house.

What is a TLV?
TLV=Threshold Limit Value
