Can users choose to show ONLY parent items in a dashboard or widget?
No!! All items and children are displayed.
Does the Gantt view support multi-level subitems?
Yes, it supports the structure, critical path, and dependencies
Can Roll-up columns be used in Forms?
No, Roll-up columns cannot be used in Forms.
What happens to an existing item-level value when migrating from a two-level board? (Rollup column)
It is overwritten by the corresponding value in the subitem
Is the Item ID column available for multi-level boards?
Yes!! The Item ID column is available
Down to what level can you create dependencies between items and sub-items?
All the way down to level four.
What is the maximum number of subitems a single parent item can have?
Up to 750 subitems across all levels
Can Formula or Mirror columns be used within Rollup columns?
No, they are not currently supported in Rollup columns
What happens to columns in your old project if they are not mapped during the migration process?
Any columns that are not mapped will not be migrated
Are Gmail automations supported for sub-items?
No, Gmail automations are not yet supported for sub-items, but they are available in workflows
If a rollup column is enabled and an item has only one subitem, can you manually edit the value at the item level? (something similar to show in parent item feature in standard boards).
No!. Even with only one subitem, the value automatically rolls up to the parent item, and rolled-up values cannot be edited manually at higher levels. Only at the lowest-level subitem.
Which specific columns cannot be deleted in a multi-level Project? ... and why?
Owner, Status, Timeline, and Link to Project
How do you manually edit a value at a higher level in a rollup column?
You must first turn off the rollup feature for that column
How do you migrate automations, widgets, views and dashboards into MLS boards/projects?
You cannot migrate them automatically!! You must manually recreate them once the data transfer is complete :)
Which two specific column types are currently "not yet available"?
Autonumber and Required columns
What does the platform do if you try to use an automation recipe that is incompatible with multi-levels?
The platform will provide a pop-up indicating that the recipe is not compatible.
