What is culture?
The beliefs that we individually carry that could interfere with our judgement.

What is BIPOC?
A combination of physical appearance and cultural beliefs.
What is Ethnicity?
A person of one social identity group, who stands up in support of members of another group.
What is Ally?
A person who identifies as the gender they were given at birth.
What is Cis-gender?
A process of learning and becoming allies with people of other cultures.
What is Intercultural Competency?
When you directly challenge institutionalized racism, colonization and white supremacy.
What is Accomplice?
Used to reference people outside of white culture.
What is Non-white?
The term used to highlight the differences between cultures.
What is Cross Cultural?
Negative beliefs that are generalized about groups of people.
What is Prejudice?
A person who's ancestors were established residents in North America before the fifteeth century.
What is Native American?
The context in which all cultures are respected.
What is Multicultural?
When you generalize a person or group of people without regards for individuality.
What is stereotyping?
In South America and the Caribbean, this term is used to refer to Black People.
