The difference between a Moderated Caucus vs. an Unmoderated Caucus.

Moderated Caucus are meant for a certain number of speeches by delegates while Unmoderated Caucus are meant for group work to write directives.

Who are Sponsors and who are Signatories in context of a Directive

Sponsors: Individuals who want the directive to pass, these people worked the most on the directive.
Signatories: Individuals who just want to see the directive debated, extra contributors or delegates from other groups

2. What do you say when you're done talking during your speech but there is still time remaining?

1. Title, Sponsors, Signatories. Content should be organized through each step with subpoenas and (i.) (ii.) (iii.) etc.
