Raise his hand and ask to take a few minutes in the Rest Area. Isaac should use the calming strategies in the corner to feel his big feelings and let them pass. This is the time to practice controlling your breathing and your thoughts.
When the teacher comes to talk to Isaac, he should be as open as he can about how he feels, tell the teacher what caused him to panic, and work with her towards a solution to the problem.

Mike was having a great day until Carmen got the last orange instrument. This made mike so angry he couldn't control it, and instead of asking to go to the Rest Area he takes his emotions out on Carmen by hitting her with his sweater. The teacher tells Mike he needs to go to the Take 5 Table.
