SOCs update in real time as items are applied to patient records—not just when a client checks out for an invoice. If an incorrect item is added, the due date will no longer be correct, which may end up with missed testing or vaccination needs for patients!

What does "fulfilled by" mean in the SOCs? What should you NEVER assume when performing lab work for an SOC that has been fulfilled by a previous panel?
"Fulfilled by" in the SOCs indicates the most recent lab work completed for that patient related to the SOC. However, you should NEVER assume that you are performing the same panel listed in the "fulfilled by" section. Always check the SOC comments for the doctor’s specific lab work recommendations.

Delete the extra diagnostic request associated to the completion (ONLY if submitted same day as blood!)
