As soon as possible. 4 weeks in advance minimum.
(Time-off requests must be formally input into the When I Work app. Even if you tell Talia in person, the request does not exist unless it is in the schedule)
What do you do if there is more than one child on the trampoline at the same time?
Intervene, enforce one-at-a-time jumping, involve parents, and supervise closely
How long are makeup credits available?
Makeup credits expire after 4 weeks of the initial absense.

What is included in a Platinum Celebration?
True or false:
It is okay to have personal conversations on the floor, as long as it's quick
False. Keep all conversations (non-work related) off of the gym floor until all kids/parents have left for the day. If you do need to talk with your co-teacher on the floor, keep it brief and move on with the class quickly.
What kind of mat(s) should be under the monkey bars?
Monkey bars should always have a fat mat under them. When they are folded against the wall, a mat (any mat) is required at the base.

When do you sing "Happy Birthday" at the party?
After the birthday march, before food.
Sing happy birthday, blow out candles, pass out pizza, then cut and serve cake.

Where can bungie cords be used in the gym setup?
No where. Bungie cords are not allowed to be used in the gym setup. Only velcro straps can be used to attach equiptment pieces.
Can someone bring their baby onto the gym floor when they are attending a Terrific Tots class with their older child?
Remind the parent that the baby must stay in a carrier for safety (either in a stroller or body carrier). Both of the adult's hands should be available to assist the child participating in the class.
