After attempting to save BakugÅ from a villain an initially Quirkless boy is chosen by All Might to become the ninth holder of One For All. Eventually, they find out that One for All contains the Quirks of the previous users but he becomes the first user capable of manifesting them. He initially disliked being called their soon to be hero name by Katsuki, as it is based on the Japanese term meaning "good-for-nothing".
Who is Deku?
Having the same name as it's wielder, it has the ability to steal the Quirks of others for himself, hence the name. With this power, the villain amassed countless Quirks over the years, including one that slows his aging.

A hero name that is the same as a time of day or night, this heroine teaches modern hero art history and Aizawa's classmate during their school days. Her Quirk allows her to produce a sleep-inducing fragrance from her body. It works especially well on males.
Who is Midnight?
An ongoing joke in My Hero Academia is that Class 1-A's Kirishima and Class 1-B's Tetsutetsu are almost identical in terms of Quirks, personalities and hero costumes. Their Quirks are so similar that their sports festival match was a tie and had to be settled with arm-wrestling.

The extent to which Kurogiri can use his Quirk is absurdly impressive since he can pinpoint where he wishes to teleport to based on coordinates or sight, a rare Quirk that makes him one of the most powerful villains in the world. On top of his travel capabilities, Kurogiri can also use his Quirk to quickly remove tough opponents from the battlefield and even cut them in half by closing portals mid-transport, an attack we bet even Muscular couldn't withstand.
