If you live alone what should you do before you go to bed or leave the house other than lock your door.
Leave some lights on in your house and/or make sure all appliances are off.

Examples: Something breaks, something smells bad, you hear a strange noise

Use a cleaning spray or Clorox wipe to clean the counter.
