A dealer/reseller may call and request this, which is the price that they should use to resell Savvas titles, perhaps at a bookstore.

This status means that shipping is being held for an item, but it will likely still ship out; perhaps because the order is being reviewed.
What is On Hold?
This is the time period when access codes are resent to customers, if requested.

This is the maximum number of attachments allowed when sending invoices to a customer through my Savvas Orders.
