What is an extra space?
This is the date that an out of stock product is expected to be available again.
What is the backorder date?
This status means that an order is being prepared for shipment by the warehouse.
What is Being Packed?
This status means a code is available and ready for use.
What is Activated?
The name of the report you will use to look for a date when a product is expected to be in stock.
What is the backorder report?
This is the field you would use to indicate that a school will be closed for a holiday break and unable to receive an order during that time.
What is the Delivery Window?
A dealer/reseller may call and request this, which is the price that they should use to resell Savvas titles, perhaps at a bookstore.
What is the list price?
This status means that shipping is being held for an item, but it will likely still ship out; perhaps because the order is being reviewed.
What is On Hold?
This is the time period when access codes are resent to customers, if requested.
What is overnight?
The amount of time you should tell a customer it takes for an invoice to be delivered.
What is 1 hour?
This is the charge that Savvas applies to cover the cost of processing and delivering orders.
What is Shipping & Handling?
