The agent pays us. There is no fee from us to you.
We collect a small fee from our agents when they close a deal with you. That’s why we really do our research to find you the best agent possible because we only want to recommend someone who we are fully confident will get the job done.

I understand! We use the address to locate an agent that has sold homes recently within your neighborhood. If you're not comfortable with providing that then would you mind providing me with the zip code and a brief description of the property?
Can we assist someone that has a credit score of 560?
No. Credit score must be a minimum of 580.
What is a Short Sale Specialist?
Real estate agent that specializes in short sale transactions. Oftentimes has special certifications but is often learned by experience.
How long does it take for you to get me an agent?
Typically we have a good match located within an hour and we will send you the contact information straight away. and the agent will reach out as soon as they are available.
