Before transitioning to the show stage of the MCS, the coach is expected to do this.
Determine, record, and confirm which MyCAA Pathway best fits the spouse.
This is the Pathway where the coach will help the spouse compare and contrast two occupations and most likely would use Traitify to help the spouse learn more about their self and options knowledge.
Pathway - C - two different occupations
This resource can typically be tailored to address the spouse's current mindset. Some challenges might include childcare, stress, and PCS concerns.
