What are the steps to connect the internet gateway?
1. Plug the Ethernet cable into the gateway and into one of the LAN ports on the router.
2. Plug the AC adaptor into the Internet Gateway and then into an outlet.
3. Green LED should come on when connected to the myQ server.

How does the Smart Garge Hub communicates with the app?
1.Hub is connected to the router, which then connects to the internet to communicate to the myQ server. Server reports to app, app sends commands back to activate opener.
2. Hub sends the GDO a command to activate the opener with a remote signal. (Just like a Clicker remote)
3. Door sensor tells the hub if the garage door is opened or closed depending on its position.
