Kwakiutl - forests and ocean, cold winters and moderate summers, trees for homes and clothing, potlatches for celebrations Inuit - ice and snow, extreme cold, Artic Ocean for food, caribou for clothing

Inuit - Lived in below freezing temperatures in Arctic Areas much of the year. They followed roaming herds of Caribou and other animals. They made simple houses that were temporary. 

Lakota - Lived in the Great Plains and had hot summers and long winters. They hunted animals and grew crops. their homes and clothing were made from animal skins. 

Pueblo- They lived in what is now New Mexico and Arizona (Basin and Range). The climate was hot and dry. They collected wild berries and hunted bear, rabbits and antelope. Their homes were made from adobe. 

Iroquois - they lived in the Eastern part of north America that is covered in thick forests, mountains, rivers, hills and streams. They got plenty of rain and grew beans, corn and squash. They also gathered nuts and berries. Their homes were called longhouses.
