One Foot High Kick: Consists of the athlete jumping off both feet simultaneously, kicking a ball with any part of one foot, and returning to the floor maintaining balance on the kicking foot.

One Hand Reach: Consists of the athlete balancing his body on both hands in a squat position. Once the balance has been attained he will reach out with one hand in an attempt to touch a suspended ball.
