Who is the Historian?
These meeting records, taken and read by our Recording Secretary, should be approved at each business meeting.
What are meeting minutes?
This group reviews all TT officer positions and other job descriptions at the December TT meeting, before asking what your preference is for next year's job.
What is the Nominations Committee?
The Corresponding Secretary does this at all TT meetings, and keeps a permanent record.
What is takes attendance?
This Officer met with other TT Officers to review annual objectives and, with guidance from GLAs, planned the year.
Who is the President?
This Officer plans class level programs such as speakers / demonstrations / hands-on activities that correspond to the 6 year plan (NCL Experience).
Who is the VP Programs?
This TT recognizes birthdays at monthly meetings with small cards or treats.
Who is the Sunshine Officer?
These Ticktockers help her Chairperson plan and execute social event(s) which may involve making phone calls, emails and/or texts to determine availability and price of desired events.
What is the Social Committee?
Within 3 days of a meeting/event, the Corresponding Secretary sends this to all guest speakers, Patronesses who host a TT meeting in her home and any Patroness who provides food for a class meeting or activity.
What is a handwritten Thank You note?
This Officer distributes and collects feedback forms after programs.
Who is the VP of Programs?
This Ticktocker meets with Ticktockers from other grades in order to collaborate and share ideas throughout the chapter
What is the Ticktocker Council Representative?
This Ticktocker partners with the GLAs in order to help create philanthropy projects and opportunities for the class.
Who is the VP Philanthropy?
This committee meets with a GLA between the January and February TT Meetings to create a slate of officers and positions.

This Officer prepares and maintains a monthly financial report for the grade level.
Who is the Treasurer?
In addition to sharing a quote at the start of each meeting, our Sunshine TT plans this activity, usually to help make connections between one another.
