We can work them like regular admitted policies but once the revision is completed you need to email endocancelupload@incontactemail.com to let the E&s team know you have update it. 


For E&S reviews, we cannot approve ANY Reviews, this has to go through UW directly. All of those go to eands@bambooinsurance.com

On a GW policy are we able to make changes to the RA, and if we can, what changes can we make?

We can only add Unit numbers, if anything else on the RA needs to be changed the AG needs to requote the policy.

No, the home cannot be under construction or in disrepair.

How long does the NI have to move into the property after the policy has been written?

14 days... Anything longer they need to cancel, and requote once moved in.

Do we write seasonal/secondary homes?



We can write seasonal/secondary properties under DP-3/Non-admitted only.

What do we need for an effective date change on an active policy?

We need an EM from the MTG company stating that they are closing on a different date or we need a declarations page from the prior carrier

Do we require quick release on all windows that are barred?


And Are they required for an HO3 or a DP3.

We need quick releases on rooms that do not have a direct exit outside EI. Bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. If the living room has a window but that window is next to the front or back door leading outside, then no quick release required.


It is required for a DP3, but it is not required for an HO3.

What does the DIC endorsement cover?

No they do not.

Can we request for finance to send a RP check to another NI, AG, or 3P?

Yes, it can be sent back to someone else AS long as the 1st NI has given permission (A written/Email request) for us to send the check in someone else's name.

Do we accept Tiny homes?



We do accept Tiny homes but it needs to be on a solid foundation and the RCV would need to be above 70,000.

How do we add Solar Panels to a policy Mid-Term and what is the process to get them added on?



We need receipts, and photos. 

"Per Underwriting, we can add Tesla solar panels to the 360V, but we don't cover the Tesla Solar Roof due to the RCE not being accurate in our systems. 360V has a solar shingle option but we have not yet confirmed how that will affect the RCE of a policy. We're unable to add Tesla Solar Roofs for this reason."

To add this to the 360V We need to submit an UW ticket, for UW to get these added.

If a claim is open but under a different NI, what will UW request to do the review?

We need a LOE stating that the claim is closed and all other required documentation for the UWR. I.E. New Home Inspection Report (NHIR) or an appraisal.

What kind of heating is acceptable in a home?

As long as the heating source is thermostatically controlled and not listed under the unacceptable risks in our guidelines.

Can we take payment via email?



We cannot, we can only take payment via phone call. If the insured or agent provides payment info via email, please delete the email in outlook and follow up advising to call us in to make a payment.

If the first named insured on a policy passed away and no one else is on the policy what do we need to speak to a 3P.



We need a copy of the death certificate and we need a copy of the Power of Attorney(POA) or executor of estate documents. Then any information can be provided to them.

What does the agent/ named insured need to do if the policy is bound manually and the billing is insured billed?

They need to submit payment manually.
