The Team Member can then disconnect the call if the Member has not responded after 1 minute.

Tows are provided from impound lots provided that the Member has paid all impound fees, the vehicle is outside the impound lot, unable to be driven and otherwise fit for towing

  • Refer the Member to the website. The Member will need to complete the claim form and include any documentation to support their claim.
  • Affiliate Members whose vehicle is damaged in our Footprint will follow the same Damage Claim process.
