TWG Supply, NS WMS
One of our oldest competes, bought by a Shipping-focused business in 2015, their "Lite" solution was being sunset end of 2021, moving all customers to new solution (this rebranding has caused confusion), good shipping capabilities but WMS is lacking, cannot provide Pick Manager capabilities (batch system)

True or False: We support multi-level kit picking and NS WMS does not.

Standalone solution, was recently bought by very large company headquartered in Europe, more similar to Tier 1 functionality (could be viewed as overkill!), big investment in automation/robotics, we have heard multiple accounts of poor communication due to the company's recent acquisitions and unclear product vision, DOES provide hardware solutions and support

Why would NetSuite now see a customer using DSI as their mobile solution a disadvantageous thing for their business?
DSI was acquired by Nextworld ERP, a cloud ERP system that has the means to directly compete with NetSuite's ERP. DSI is now an ERP company.
Lower threat competitor, Standalone solution without Built for NetSuite status, does NOT provide hardware, PureLife Dental (RF-SMART Customer) had 2 people full time just trying to fix integration issues and keep NetSuite and this competitor in sync.

RF-SMART Customer is considering moving to NS WMS, but mentioned that they may be interested in license plating in the near future. What's your response?
We have that functionality today. How much does scalability play into your business's future plans? We are investing $7mil in R&D this year to continue building out our functionality for our growing customers. NS WMS does not have license plating - when they begin this work, they will have to rewrite the core of the product in the inventory section; even then, there will not be the experience backing their product nor the referenceable customer base.
From Depatie Power Fluid (considering leaving NS WMS): Any time NetSuite has a release and they need to do work to NS WMS, our _________ go away and need to be redone.
