Send out a mass email to "Clinicians" and "Peers" as soon as you know you need coverage for the group (i.e., planned vacation, etc.).
Follow-up on the email if no one responds to it.
Inform your supervisor if you cannot find coverage.
How far ahead should you set out your 2 2-hour intake blocks?
By 2 months.

About 12 weeks, but this also depends on if they've met the competencies.

Explain to them that the UA is a part of the intake process for us to see what a starting point for them would be.
Explain to them that they are not required to complete a UA and if that is their choice, we can respect it.
