False. MHE inspections should be completed prior to beginning your daily tasks. It is best practice to monitor the performance of your MHE throughout the day and report any issues to your maintenance manager or supervisor immediately.

No. Labels should always be added to the selected cases AFTER they have been loaded/ stacked onto your pallet.

There are three different types of "color zones" in regard to lifting techniques. What are the three and which is the lowest risk for injury?

Red Zone (High Risk)- The red zone represents the highest risk, where the potential for injury is greatest. The red zone is located furthest from the body and is often above shoulder and below knee height, so it is a no lift zone. 

Yellow Zone (Moderate Risk)- The yellow zone indicates a moderate risk of injury, and should be approached with caution, as the further a worker reaches from the body the less the weight safely handled. 

Green Zone (Low Risk)- The green zone represents the safest area for lifting, with minimal risk of injury. This area is located closest to the body, where leverage is greatest, and less muscle strain is required to lift. This zone is often referred to as the "power zone".
